Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship.
- All packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL, with rates based on package weight, size, and carrier pricing.
- International Orders: Customers are responsible for all customs duties and VAT taxes. No refunds on shipping fees for unaccepted packages.
- Incorrect Address: Ensure accuracy when entering your shipping address. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses will not be eligible for shipping refunds.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. Please contact the shipping provider for any issues.
Returns & Refunds
- We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized orders are non-refundable.
